Gaia's Organic Kombucha’s wealth of organic acids and enzymes include:

Acetic acid
A natural product of metabolisation, an antiseptic and a suppressor of harmful bacteria.

Amino acids
The building blocks of proteins, these produce enzymes such as glutathione; a powerful antioxidant which provides protection from both alcohol and pollution. Most medical drugs deplete it.

Butyric acid

Gluconic acid
