Items are tracked up to the point of delivery and, should items be lost or damaged en route, Gaia Brands Ltd. will promptly dispatch a replacement at its own expense.

In the unlikely event that a particular flavour you have requested is temporarily out of stock, you will:

• Be notified by email and asked to select an alternative, or
• Be refunded your payment in full if requested.

If not entirely satisfied with Gaia's Organic Kombucha, you may return all unopened bottles – in good condition and at your own expense - to Gaia Brands Ltd., 5 Whitegate Gardens, Harrow-Weald, Middlesex HA3 6BW for a no-questions-asked refund.
